PREMIUM LOAVES in West Allis, WI is seeking an In-Shop Team Member to support a Jimmy John’s franchise location. You will greet customers, take orders, and prepare sandwiches quickly while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

The role requires strong English communication and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with a focus on fast, accurate service in a bustling environment. Full-time opportunities with benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate, read, and write the English language fluently.
• Position requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs and standing the entire shift.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Know your schedule, arrive on time or if you are going to be late, call your manager before your scheduled arrival time.
• Makes fast, accurate sandwiches while following safety precautions. Complies with all portion sizes, recipes, and all systems and procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurants including all tables, floors, windows, beverage stations, restrooms, etc.
• Greets customers and takes orders.
• Operates cash register-collects payment from customer and makes change without cash handling errors.
• Takes phone orders and completes delivery tickets.
• Fills out systems and procedures punchlists with 100% accuracy and integrity.
• Maintains professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Jimmy John's Dress Code.
• Displays a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
• Performs other related duties as requested.
• Displays a sense of urgency in all tasks.
