Job summary

Jimmy John’s is hiring delivery drivers in our Franklin area. Join our family as a part-time team member and be the face of Jimmy John’s, delivering fast, friendly service with a focus on accuracy and the customer experience.

Starting pay is up to $12 per hour depending on availability, with performance-based raises and bonuses starting day one. You’ll help maintain store standards, greet customers, and support seamless operations in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop during shifts.
• Able to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions.

We are looking for the next Go Getter to join our family at Jimmy John’s!!! Part-time positions are available in most locations. Delivery Drivers must understand the importance of the customer experience and understand that they are the “Face” of Jimmy John’s. Real people serving awesome sandwiches to real people in 30 seconds or less, and deliveries in under 10 minutes!!!

Essential Functions include:

• Responsible for customer product and service standards
• Foster an environment of team work
• Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer and store experience
• Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact
• Execute quality store operations
• Clean store, small wares, merchandise and physical plant as necessary
• Must be able to operate food preparation machinery
• Adhere to all food, safety and security guidelines
• Must be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F
