Location: Aurora, CO 80230

Salary: $19.29 - $21.00 hourly

Summary: Inshoppers are responsible for greeting customers when they enter and exit the restaurant, providing world‑class customer service and executing fast and accurate sandwiches while maintaining sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Know your schedule, arrive on time or, if you are going to be late, call your manager before your scheduled arrival time.
• Make fast, accurate sandwiches while following safety precautions. Comply with all portion sizes, recipes, and all systems and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurants including all tables, floors, windows, beverage stations, restrooms, etc.
• Greet customers and take orders.
• Operate cash register – collect payment from customer and make change without cash handling errors.
• Takes phone orders and completes delivery tickets.
• Fill out systems and procedures punchlists with 100% accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Jimmy John's Dress Code.
• Display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
• Perform other related duties as requested.
• Display a sense of urgency in all tasks.

Skills & Abilities

• Must be able to communicate, read, and write the English language fluently and clearly.
• Position requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, cognitive skills, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing and moving about the unit the entire workday.

As an In-Shop Team Member, you'll be the face of our brand—welcoming customers as they walk in and out, and ensuring every visit is fast, friendly, and memorable. You'll help deliver the Jimmy John's experience our customers love: real people serving incredible sandwiches, made right and served in 30 seconds or less.
