Job summary
Helsing is seeking a Technical-Logistical Support (TLB) Manager to plan and steer the technical and logistical support of systems in operation. You will apply ASD S-Series specs to sustain availability and supportability, while engaging with public contracting authorities (öAG) in German.
In this role you will translate developmental support inputs into operational outcomes, coordinate across development and operations, and drive improvements in supportability metrics to keep mission readiness
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in German and English for public procurement communications.
- Apply ASD S-Series specs to sustain availability and supportability.
- Understand public procurement laws (öAG-Vertragsrecht) and contracts.
- Coordinate development and operations interfaces (ETB).
- Translate complex requirements into actionable support plans.
Responsibilities
- Plan and steer TLB for systems in operation using ASD S-Series specs.
- Support procurement processes with public authorities (öAG).
- Act as primary contact for authorities, communicating in German.
- Link developmental support inputs to operational outcomes.
- Track metrics to improve uptime and mission readiness.
