Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Server role to deliver exceptional guest service in a stadium environment, supporting clubs, suites or in-seat dining. You will interact with guests, serve a range of beverages and foods, and work closely with other service teams to ensure a memorable experience.

The position requires a strong guest-centric approach, reliability for events, and comfortable handling fast-paced service with potential lifting and mobility tasks on game days and events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to interact with guests to assure satisfaction.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Must read, speak and write English to communicate with guests.
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Available for all Sporting Park events, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Mobility to perform tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling.
• 2–3 years working in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction.
• Provide personal service and attention to detail that exceeds expectations.
• Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer and bottled beer.
• Work as a team with fellow associates and service departments within the stadium.
• Support service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food.
• Perform opening, closing and side work duties as assigned.
• Be knowledgeable of other food, beverage and retail outlets within the stadium.
• Follow safety policies and complete safety training.
