Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Residences New Orleans seeks an in‑room dining coordinator to assist guests by taking orders, relay special requests to the kitchen, and coordinate timely delivery of orders according to Four Seasons standards.

You will describe menu items with engaging details, manage guest interactions across the room service process, and uphold service excellence while working with the overnight hotel team.

Qualifications

• Fluent English reading, writing and speaking is required.
• 1–2 years experience in Food & Beverage and customer service preferred.
• RSV permit and ServSafe certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls courteously and process orders per Four Seasons standards.
• Describe menu items with vivid, origin, taste, and preparation details.
• Relay guest orders and special requests to the kitchen via the POS system.
• Coordinate delivery of orders to guestrooms with Room Service staff.
• Close checks accurately, record charges and gratuities, and respond to guest concerns.
