We are seeking a skilled and customer‑focused In‑Plant Technician to help support our on‑site color matching and ink preparation operations. This role involves custom color formulation, lab proof creation, and press‑side technical support to ensure inks meet exact customer specifications. You will be responsible for mixing base colors and vehicles, managing ink inventory, and recycling returned inks. The ideal candidate will actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and customer satisfaction.
This position contributes to quality products by ensuring overall compliance to defined Product Specifications, the Quality Management System, and the Quality Policy. Additionally, this position promotes a safe work environment by complying with the defined Safety rules, GMP and regulations at all times.
