Job summary

Grade Potential Tutoring connects tutors with local students for in-person sessions. You set your availability, choose your preferred teaching style, and keep all aspects of how you work, while Grade Potential handles logistics and matches opportunities to you.

Tutors provide weekly, in-person support across elementary to college levels, covering Math, ELA, Science, and more. You decide which sessions to accept, travel within your local radius, and communicate progress to parents as needed.

Qualifications

• Educators, recent college graduates, and postgraduates may apply.
• Prior tutoring, teaching, or coaching experience is preferred.
• Looking for flexible, part-time opportunities in Exton area.
• Comfortable with in-person connection and local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, in person tutoring to local students.
• Support students from elementary through high school, college, and all ages.
• Choose the students and sessions that fit your schedule.
• Communicate with parents on student progress as needed.
• Travel only within your preferred local radius (typically 5–10 miles).
