Job summary

Rula is seeking licensed therapists to join a nationwide network delivering care to individuals, couples, and families. You’ll have true schedule autonomy while Rula handles credentialing, billing, EHR, and marketing, enabling you to focus on clinical work in an in-person setting.

Office space is required for in-person sessions, with referrals and support for administrative tasks to optimize client care and outcomes. Telehealth is also supported, depending on space and format.

Qualifications

• Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or LCP;one of these must be active.
• Licensed in California to provide services.
• Able to provide in-person sessions at office space.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person therapy sessions and supervise client care.
• Engage in case consultations and collaborative care with the team.
• Utilize measurement-informed approach to track outcomes during visits.
