As a Rula therapist, you’ll have true schedule autonomy while the team handles marketing, billing, EHR and tech support, freeing you to focus on care. In-person sessions are required where space is available, and Rula emphasizes consistent, quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or LCP.
• Licensed in California.
• Able to provide in-person sessions.

Responsibilities

• Admin tasks such as credentialing, billing, claims, EHR and tech support are handled by the company.
• Decide how many clients you see and when—schedule autonomy.
• Telehealth and in-person sessions are supported; for in-person care, you provide the office space.
