Job summary

Rula is seeking licensed therapists to join a nationwide network, delivering in-person and telehealth care with true schedule autonomy. The role includes comprehensive administrative support, credentialing, and billing handled by Rula so you can focus on clinical care.

Providers must be licensed (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or LCP) and able to conduct in-person sessions. California licensure is required; in-person sessions are preferred at a local office space.

Qualifications

• Licensed in the United States and eligible to practice in California.
• Able to provide in-person sessions in office space.
• Experience with clinical measures and documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech support are handled by Rula on behalf of providers.
• You will schedule in-person sessions and manage client care with autonomy.
• Engage clients around clinical measures and track outcomes during visits.
