Job summary

Rula is seeking licensed therapists to provide in-person sessions while offering flexible scheduling and autonomy. Our national network supports you with credentialing, billing, insurance, and technology, allowing focus on client care.

Therapists must be licensed in California (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC/LCP) and able to conduct in-person sessions. Telehealth is available if desired, with providers arranging their own space.

Qualifications

• Must hold a license in California (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC/LCP).
• Ability to provide in-person sessions in your area.
• Strong clinical ethics and client-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy in-person.
• Demonstrate measurable client progress through sessions.
• Coordinate with administrative team for credentialing, billing, and scheduling.
