Job summary

Summit Educational Group, a Guidewell Education brand, is hiring part-time in-person tutors for SAT, ACT, SSAT, and ISEE prep in Metro West, MA. Training will cover SSAT/ISEE strategies during onboarding. You’ll travel to students’ homes within a 30–45 minute radius and tailor lessons to each learner’s goals.

Compensation includes $45/hr in-person, with online and class rates also offered. Flexible scheduling and strong support from Summit staff are provided to help you grow as a mentor and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree completed.
Experience tutoring or teaching middle/high school students.
Availability for evenings and weekends.
Reliable transportation for in-person sessions.
Passion for mentoring students.

Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one, in-person tutoring for SAT/ACT and SSAT/ISEE.
Prioritize middle school SSAT/ISEE students during peak season.
Travel to students' homes within a 30–45 minute radius.
Tailor lesson plans based on goals and mock test results.
Maintain communication with students, families, and Summit team.
Complete session reports and scheduling updates.
Participate in paid training and professional development.
