Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. seeks a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP or SLP) to provide in-person services for K-12 charter school students for the upcoming school year.

The role offers flexible scheduling across 3–4 days per week, with hourly rates of $40–$55 for CF-SLPs and $55–$65 for SLPs with CCCs. Texas license and clearances are required, and liability insurance is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Texas licensure required to practice as Speech-Language Pathologist in TX.
• Clearances required or willingness to obtain them.
• Professional liability insurance coverage (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Address personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs impacting educational goals.
• Provide push-in support in classrooms.
• Perform evaluations and develop appropriate goals for students requiring speech/language therapy.
• Support students' IEPs with ongoing services and documentation.
• Maintain records and documentation related to services and outcomes.
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with school teams.
