H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Tax Associate to meet with clients, gather tax information, and prepare returns with guidance from experienced teammates. You will explain tax information clearly, identify savings opportunities, and address client questions using available resources.

This in-person role supports the local tax office and offers a competitive hourly rate. No prior tax experience is required, with training from day one and opportunities to grow knowledge and earnings during peak tax

Qualificações

• Experience in customer-facing service environments.
• Ability to clearly explain information and ask clarifying questions.
• Problem-solving skills including organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Willingness to use AI-based tools to assist with tax work.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
