RCM Health Care Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for in-person, school-based services in Trenton, NJ. The role requires evaluating, diagnosing, and providing therapy and IEP-related services to students on a full- or part-time basis during the school day.

Hours are Mon-Fri 8:00-3:30, with a 13-week contract and a pay rate of $65–$70 per hour, based on experience. No virtual services are offered; strong collaboration with school staff is essential.

Qualificações

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• Valid New Jersey educational services certificate with Speech Language Specialist endorsement is required.
• Criminal background clearance required.
• Proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status required.
• Experience in school-based SLP settings is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide evaluation, therapy, consultation, and case management services to students with speech, language, and hearing disorders.
• Develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans for students requiring speech and language services.
• Deliver therapy services in individual and small group settings.
• Participate on the Child Study Team and attend annual reviews, staffing conferences, and IEP meetings.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, progress, and compliance records.
• Consult with teachers, parents, administrators, and outside agencies regarding student needs and intervention strategies.
• Coordinate with outside agencies providing audiological services and Teacher of the Deaf consultation.
