Job summary

Rula is seeking licensed clinicians to join our nationwide network. Providers can choose their schedule and work primarily in-person sessions at their own office space, supported by Rula’s administrative essentials.

Staff must hold an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or LCP license in California and attend to clients with a commitment to treatment outcomes. We offer marketing, billing, and technology support, plus ongoing clinical development resources.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or LCP in good standing.
• Able to provide in-person therapy sessions.
• Comfort with scheduling autonomy and client referrals.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy in-person.
• Engage clients with measurable outcomes and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with Rula’s admin team for credentials, billing, and EHR support.
