Job summary

Rula is seeking clinicians who can provide in-person sessions in Minnesota with access to a private office space. In-person care typically attracts more referrals, and providers set their own schedules while receiving comprehensive admin support from Rula.

Telehealth is also supported, with providers arranging their own space for in-person work. Rula partners with a nationwide clinician network and emphasizes consistent standards of care, outcome measurement, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Licensed as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or LCP.
• Licensed in California.
• Able to provide in-person sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person sessions at your own office space.
• Engage in clinical measures during visits and track outcomes to demonstrate impact.
• Admin support for credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech issues is provided so you can focus on care.
• Maintain schedule autonomy and participate in nationwide provider network referrals.

Education
