Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking independently licensed clinicians to join its provider network in Indiana, offering in-person and virtual therapy to children, adults, couples, and families. This contract position emphasizes evidence-based treatments and clinical best practices with strong support from Lyra's team.

You must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a clinical track and an unrestricted license (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/PsyD/PhD or equivalent) to work independently without supervision, with a preference

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD).
• Unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent) to work independently, without supervision.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and measurement-based care.
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families; strong preference for in-person care.
• Must have office space with ability to see clients in the Indiana area.
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises, as needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
