Job summary

Rula is seeking licensed behavioral health clinicians to join our nationwide network. This opportunity requires providing in-person sessions and is open to LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or LCP license holders currently licensed in California.

You’ll receive admin support, scheduling autonomy, and access to our marketing and billing infrastructure, enabling you to focus on delivering compassionate care. Work settings are in Minnesota with the option for telehealth where approved; in-person space is required

Qualifications

• Licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or LCP.
• Licensed in California.
• Able to provide in-person sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person therapy sessions at approved office spaces.
• Collaborate with Rula support teams handling admin, marketing and billing.
• Maintain clinical standards and document progress in client records.
