Job summary

Transitions Counseling and Consulting is seeking a mental health therapist/counselor to deliver individual therapy for teens and adults at a conveniently located Arizona office. Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Arizona as an LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Provide current level one fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety and renew as applicable.
• Continuously maintain active CPR and first aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for adolescents and adults.
• Provide individual therapy to address depression, anxiety, and social challenges using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure optimal client outcomes.
• Mentor advanced graduate interns.
• Attend in-person at the designated office location as scheduled.
