Rula is seeking licensed mental health professionals to provide in-person therapy sessions. The role leverages Rula's full back-office support—credentialing, billing, EHR, and tech—so you can focus on client care while following consistent standards of care.

Providers have schedule autonomy and access to a nationwide network of referrals, with in-person sessions required at approved office spaces. California licensure is required to practice in this capacity.

Qualifications

• Licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or LCP required.
• Licensed to practice in California.
• Able to provide in-person sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to professional standards.
• Collaborate within Rula's network and use provided admin support to focus on clinical care.
