Rula is seeking licensed clinicians to provide in-person psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. You will have scheduling autonomy and support from a team that handles credentialing, billing, and technology, allowing you to focus on clinical work.

Both telehealth and in-person care are supported, but this opportunity requires office space for in-person sessions in California. Professional autonomy is paired with a commitment to quality care and measurement-informed outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LMFT/LCSW/LPCC/LCP license.
• Licensed to practice in California.
• Able to provide in-person sessions.
• Commitment to quality clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Maintain schedule autonomy and flexible hours.
• Collaborate with Rula's admin support for credentialing, billing and EHR tasks.
• Use measurement-informed care and track client outcomes.
