Job summary

Rula is seeking licensed clinicians to provide in-person or telehealth therapy within a growing nationwide network. You will maintain your own schedule while benefiting from provider referrals, credentialing and billing support, and a tech-enabled practice environment.

Clinicians choose their session format, with in-person sessions requiring office space. Rula emphasizes measurable outcomes via a structured, measurement-informed approach and ongoing professional development through CEU resources.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or LCP.
• Licensed in California.
• Able to provide in-person sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person or telehealth sessions as arranged.
• Uphold shared standards of care and actively engage clients with clinical measures.
• Apply a measurement-informed approach to track client outcomes during visits.
• Maintain a flexible schedule and exercise professional autonomy.
• Collaborate with Rula team for marketing, billing, and EHR support.
