Job summary

Rula is seeking licensed mental health clinicians to join our nationwide network. This opportunity requires in-person sessions with office space provided by you or your own facility. In-person care drives higher referrals and is supported by Rula's admin and tech infrastructure so you can focus on clients.

You will be able to set your schedule with autonomy for individual, couples, and family sessions. We require California licensure (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC/LCP) and the ability to practice in-person;

Qualifications

• Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or LCP.
• California license is required/held.
• Ability to provide in-person sessions is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and telehealth sessions as needed, with scheduling autonomy.
• Maintain and uphold quality standards and actively engage clients around clinical measures during visits.
• Participate in a supportive nationwide provider community with access to case consultations and learning resources.
