Job summary

Rula is seeking licensed clinicians to provide in-person sessions within a nationwide network. You’ll enjoy true schedule autonomy while Rula handles credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech support so you can focus on helping clients heal and thrive.

Clinicians can offer telehealth or in-person care and arrange their own office space for in-person sessions. Minimum California licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or LCP) is required and in-person capability is essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or LCP.
• Licensed in California.
• Able to provide in-person sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and telehealth therapy as arranged by the client and clinic.
• Maintain client progress and engage in measurement-based care during sessions.
• Collaborate with Rula and use provided admin support to focus on clinical care.
