Job summary

Rula is seeking licensed clinicians to provide in-person therapy sessions in our growing nationwide network. The role emphasizes professional autonomy, with providers arranging their own office space for in-person care and receiving comprehensive admin support for credentialing, billing, and EHR.

Applicants must hold a California license (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC/LCP) and be able to conduct in-person sessions. Rula offers consistent client referrals and a supportive community to help clinicians deliver

Qualifications

Must be licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or LCP.
Licensed in California.
Able to provide in-person sessions.

Responsibilities

Provide in-person therapy sessions (office space arranged by you).
Decide how many clients you see and when; manage your schedule.
Engage clients around clinical measures during visits and track outcomes.
