Job summary

Rula is seeking licensed therapists to join our nationwide network. We prioritize in-person care and provide the scheduling autonomy you want while handling administrative tasks like credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech support.

Work with a supportive team that focuses on measurable outcomes, professional autonomy, and quality care for individuals, couples, and families. Providers manage their own office space for in-person sessions as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or LCP.
• Licensed in California.
• Able to provide in-person sessions.
• Office space provided by you; in-person care required.

Responsibilities

• Decide how many clients to see and when; schedule autonomy.
• Provide in-person or telehealth sessions.
• Admin tasks handled by Rula (credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, tech support).
• Engage clients with measurement-informed outcomes.
