Job summary

Rula is seeking licensed clinicians to join our nationwide network, offering in-person sessions at a provider-owned space. You’ll receive extensive support—credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and technical help—so you can focus on delivering compassionate care.

You can determine your schedule and client load, with both telehealth and in-person formats supported. Clinicians must be licensed (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC/LCP) and must be able to provide in-person sessions in California.

Qualifications

• Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or LCP.
• Licensed in California.
• Able to provide in-person sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
• Operate within Rula's standardized care model to track outcomes.
• Coordinate with the Rula team for credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech support.
