Job summary

Rula is seeking licensed mental health therapists to provide in-person sessions in a growing demand area. You will operate within a network of clinicians, enjoying autonomy over your schedule while benefiting from admin support for credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech issues.

Providers must hold an active CA license and be able to offer in-person sessions. The role emphasizes quality care with outcomes monitoring and collaborative professional support.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or LCP.
• Ability to provide in-person sessions is required.
• CA license must be active and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Manage caseload with a focus on measurable outcomes and client progress.
• Collaborate with Rula support teams for scheduling, billing, and documentation.
