Rula is seeking licensed clinicians to join a nationwide network delivering compassionate behavioral health care. This role emphasizes in-person sessions with a focus on autonomy, quality care, and retaining clients through a measurement-informed approach.

You’ll benefit from admin support, credentialing and billing services, and a flexible schedule within a supportive community. Providers set their own client load and schedule, while Rula handles marketing, insurance, and technology to minimize

Qualifications

• Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or LCP in California.
• Must be licensed in California.
• Able to provide in-person sessions.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-person therapy sessions to individuals, couples and families.
• Maintain compliance with licensing boards and organizational standards.
• Participate in a measurement-informed care approach to track client progress.
• Collaborate with the Rula network and utilize administrative support so you can focus on clinical work.
