Job summary

Rula is seeking licensed therapists in California to provide in-person sessions within a nationwide network. You’ll control your calendar with true scheduling autonomy while we handle marketing, billing, credentialing and tech support so you can focus on clients.

You’ll join a supportive community that emphasizes measurement-based care, access to case consultations, CEU podcast courses, and consistent referrals without marketplace fees.

Qualifications

• Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or LCP.
• Licensed in California.
• Able to provide in-person sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person therapy sessions.
• Engage clients and document progress using standardized outcome measures.
• Collaborate with our admin team and maintain session notes.
