Job summary

Rula is seeking licensed behavioral health clinicians to provide in-person sessions in California, with flexible scheduling and a supportive admin team. Therapists may work with individuals, couples, and families while leveraging a measurement-informed approach to track client outcomes during sessions.

Providers will benefit from an autonomous schedule, a nationwide referral network, and streamlined credentialing, billing, and tech support so they can focus on delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or LCP is required.
• Licensed to practice in California.
• Ability to provide in-person sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person therapy sessions in California.
• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy as applicable.
• Use a measurement-informed approach to track client outcomes during visits.
• Collaborate with admin and support teams to focus on clinical work.
