Rula is seeking licensed clinicians to join a nationwide network delivering in-person and telehealth care. You’ll control your schedule, see clients in-person, and rely on our admin team for credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech support.

We emphasize quality care, standardized measures, and ongoing professional development with access to case consultations, office hours, and CEU courses. Rula supports therapists with referrals and back-office resources to help clients heal and thrive.

Qualifications

• Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or LCP in good standing.
• Licensed in California.
• Able to provide in-person sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person therapy sessions.
• Uphold shared standards of care and engage clients with outcomes-focused measures.
• Collaborate with Rula team and leverage admin support to focus on clinical work.
