Job summary

Rula is seeking licensed therapists to provide in-person sessions at our partner locations. The role offers schedule autonomy, with administrative tasks handled by us, including credentialing, billing, and EHR support.

Providers can also offer telehealth sessions if desired, while managing their own office space for in-person care. Therapists will work within a supportive nationwide network focused on measurable outcomes and quality care, with referrals and marketing handled to optimize client

Qualifications

• Licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or LCP must be held.
• Currently licensed to Practice in California.
• Must be able to provide in-person sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy sessions (in-person or telehealth) with flexible scheduling.
• Engage in measurement-informed care and client progress tracking.
• Participate in case consultations and access CEU courses through the platform.
• Rely on admin support for credentialing, billing, claims, EHR and tech issues.
