• File and organize Investigative Files.
• Print and distribute Orientation and Employee Handbook booklets.
• Send 'Return to Sender' mail to employees.
• Assist with HR calls and emails.
• Document processes and procedures of job functions.
• Assist the Employee Relations Department with various responsibilities.
• Work on special projects as needed.
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes.
