Tutor Me Education is seeking a Special Education tutor to provide one-on-one in-home support for a 4th-grade student in San Francisco. The role focuses on Geometry, English, and World History, with instruction tailored to IEP accommodations and learning needs.

This position offers weekend flexibility and a commitment to long-term engagement, delivering developmentally appropriate, engaging lessons in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Background or experience in Special Education (required)
• Strong knowledge of high school Geometry, English, and World History
• Experience working with students who have IEPs
• Patient, reliable, and able to commit long-term
• Willingness to travel to the student’s location
• Available for weekly 2-hour sessions

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Special Education tutor to provide individualized general academic support to a 4th-grade student. The tutor will work in a one-on-one setting and support learning through structured, engaging, and developmentally appropriate instruction.

Details:

• Weekend schedule flexibility available
• 1.5 hours-2 hours once a week
• Start ASAP
