Nova Strive Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative for an in-person, full-time role supporting community outreach events in the Mickton, NJ area. No prior experience is required; paid training and ongoing coaching will be provided.

You will represent campaigns at local events and engage with the public. This position offers hands-on experience in customer service, event support, and community engagement, with weekend availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation is required and in-person work.
• Willingness to travel to local event locations.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
