Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in a related field.
• Experience teaching ESL to adults preferred.
• Knowledge of curriculum development and assessment.
• Ability to coordinate with community partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare course materials and lessons based on guidelines and learner needs.
• Teach ESL to adult learners.
• Regularly assess students' English-language learning needs and goals.
• Provide assignments that demonstrate learning outcomes in real-life settings.
• Maintain attendance and performance records.
• Assist with organization, planning, and logistics at partner sites.
• Inform participants about additional learning opportunities.
