Job summary

Ensemble Music Schools in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a fun, experienced brass teacher to join Schaumburg Music Academy on a part-time, in-person basis. Teachers set their own availability within our open hours, with emphasis on consistency for students and staff.

The successful candidate will hold a degree in music performance or pedagogy (or equivalent), enjoy teaching young musicians, and pass a routine background check.

Qualifications

• Must have strong musical background with a degree in music performance or pedagogy (or equivalent performing experience).
• Demonstrated love of teaching and experience working with young musicians.
• Must be punctual, have reliable transportation and pass a routine background check.
