Job summary

LIRON Inc. in Sacramento, CA, is seeking a full-time In-Office Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. You will perform phlebotomy duties in-office, drawing blood and handling specimens with care and accuracy.

We offer a consistent schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with competitive hourly pay. The ideal candidate has a California CPT1 certification and at least 1 year of phlebotomy experience, plus strong communication and confidentiality skills.

Qualifications

• Current CPT1 certification in the state of California.
• 1+ year of professional phlebotomy experience in a laboratory or hospital setting.
• Reliable transportation with valid auto insurance.
• Proficiency in drawing blood with minimal complications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience and bilingual skills in Spanish or Hmong are desirable for this phlebotomy position.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood and collect specimens.
• Review and manage paperwork for specimens.
• Perform live scans and prepare specimens for shipping and spinning.
