Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Customer Care Representative to serve as the critical link between homebuyers, trade partners, and the warranty team. You will schedule and oversee repairs, maintain logs, and evaluate performance to ensure high homeowner satisfaction across Lennar communities.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of residential customer service or construction experience, and a valid driver’s license. Regular on-site presence is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in residential customer service or construction field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. Some office work which may require the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 50 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. Able to drive a vehicle.

We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an hourly rate of $19.15 - $34, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
