Libra Solutions, based in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Representative, Balance Verifications to enhance relationships with attorney clients and independently manage the balance verification process. Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1-2 years of record retrieval, collections, sales, account management, or customer service experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree a plus, but not required.
• Paralegal or legal background is a plus, but not required.
• Self-motivated and desire to build great relationships and exceed monthly goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to handle interactions with attorneys, health providers and sales people.
• Sound decision‑making ability and proactive, independent problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage professional and executive relationships, and to guide or mentor newer team members.
• Dependable, professional and good work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with specific set business goals and monthly quotas.
• Proficient in Windows system and all Microsoft Office products.
• Must be able to work in-office at our Las Vegas, NV location.

Responsabilités

• Works alongside Servicing, Customer Operations, Total Access and PreCare teams to build rapport with attorney clients and deliver timely balance requests and final bill packages.
• Calculates current and final balance amounts due, provides payment amounts to attorneys, and resolves discrepancies or disputed balances with minimal supervision.
• Creates and ensures accuracy and completeness of accounts in final bill packages.
• Keeps attorneys updated on the status of their requests and proactively manages a portfolio of open requests for timely resolution.
• Handles incoming attorney and provider calls, emails, and tasks, serving as an escalation point for Associates on more complex inquiries.
