Pay: $75k - $85k per year + Performance Bonuses

The firm handles complex family law cases, including high-asset matters and contested custody cases, providing attorneys with access to the resources needed to thoroughly prepare and effectively represent clients.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree


• Active license to practice law in the State of Alabama


• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Strong organizational and time-management skills


• Ability to manage multiple cases, priorities, and deadlines


• Sound professional judgment and discretion

Preferred Experience

• 2-5+ years of legal experience preferred


• Family law experience strongly preferred


• Experience with complex or high-asset family law matters is a plus


• Experience with contested custody matters is a plus


• Background or knowledge in accounting, finance, or business is beneficial
