Job summary

Ameritech Windows in Denver, Colorado is hiring for an Inside Sales Representative. Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Paid training from day one and daily coaching help you build the skills to connect with homeowners, schedule qualified appointments, and support our outside sales team.

You’ll learn to ask insightful questions, handle objections, and maintain accurate customer records while pursuing performance-based bonuses and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service can be valuable.

Responsibilities

• You’ll connect with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our products, follow up with people who haven't scheduled an appointment, and reconnect with previous customers who may be interested in future projects.
• Your goal is to create a positive customer experience and schedule qualified appointments for our outside sales team.
• Understand homeowner needs: Ask questions, listen carefully, and learn about their home improvement interests.
• Build confidence and handle objections: Follow the company script, answer questions, and explain the value of an in-home consultation without being pushy.
• Schedule qualified appointments: Confirm genuine homeowner interest and gather the information needed to set the sales team up for success.
• Follow through: Complete follow-up activities and maintain accurate customer notes and records.
• Grow your performance: Work toward goals, apply coaching, and improve the quality and consistency of your results.
