Job summary

Titan Lighting is hiring in-market D2D sales representatives to canvass neighborhoods, meet homeowners, and present programmable lighting solutions. You’ll work outdoors, demonstrate our Trimlight systems, and guide customers through design and quotes.

Training is provided to learn the product, sales tactics, and get you selling quickly. You’ll manage your own schedule, earn base pay plus aggressive commission, and qualify for demo bonuses and performance perks as you grow with a locally owned,

Position Overview

Due to a massive surge in homeowner demand for permanent, hassle-free holiday and landscape lighting, Titan Lighting is expanding and looking to add highly motivated In-Market D2D Sales Representatives to our team.

In this role, you will be the face of Titan Lighting in the neighborhoods we serve. You will work directly with homeowners—canvassing targeted areas, demonstrating our cutting-edge lighting technology (like our programmable Trimlight systems that are nearly invisible by day and brilliant by night), and guiding clients through the design and estimate process. This is a field-based, relationship-driven sales role ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy working outdoors, controlling their own income, and helping homeowners elevate their property's curb appeal.

No prior lighting experience? No problem. We provide a comprehensive training program to equip you with product knowledge, sales tactics, and everything you need to succeed quickly.

What You’ll Do

Canvass Targeted Neighborhoods: Actively knock doors in high-potential areas to generate new leads and build local brand awareness.

Conduct On-Site Consultations: Meet with homeowners face-to-face to discuss their vision for landscape, architectural, or permanent holiday lighting.

Demonstrate Technology: Educate clients on how our programmable systems work via the mobile app, showcasing the wide range of colors and patterns.

Measure & Estimate: Accurately measure rooflines or landscape areas and prepare same-day, free quotes for prospective customers.

Manage Your Pipeline: Follow up with leads, overcome objections, and close sales to meet personal and company targets.

Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Provide the excellent, prompt service that Titan Lighting is known for, generating organic referrals in the process.

Experience: Previous D2D canvassing or outside sales experience is a huge plus, but we will train the right highly motivated candidate.
