Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance inspection is required.
• Ability to read and understand procedures and work instructions a plus.
• Good computer skills and data entry experience.
• MIC Hybrid circuit inspection experience or MIC assembly a plus.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Technical knowledge of basic inspection tools and equipment like calipers, micrometers, gauges, and microscopes.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final visual inspection of substrates using stereo zoom and microscopes.
• Read diagrams and specifications; measure products with calipers, gauges, and micrometers.
• Accept or reject finished products; meet daily/weekly production goals.
• Interpret inspection data and report results; provide basic training to new QA team members.
