Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant legal experience with substantial focus on technology transactions and commercial contracting.
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong command of market contract positions and negotiation strategy.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of technology and commercial contracts.
• Partner with Privacy and Information Security teams for compliance.
• Develop and maintain contract templates and training materials.
