Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competency.
• Active SLP license in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality speech therapy services and initiate referrals per standards.
• Evaluate and obtain data for treatment planning and implementation.
• Develop a treatment plan with target list, short-term and long-term goals.
• Instruct patient, family and staff to ensure carryover of therapy goals.
• Complete CMS-compliant documentation in NetHealth EMR.
• Oversee FEES/MBS protocols and coordinate site programs.
• Participate in resident screening protocols to meet needs promptly and with clinical excellence.

Education
