Qualifications

• Previous residential or commercial painting experience required.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to perform drywall patching and minor repairs.
• Experience operating pressure washing equipment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Valid Oregon driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to safely work from an 8-foot ladder.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Interior and exterior painting of rental homes and apartment units.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, patching, sanding, and priming.
• Match paint colors and apply finishes with attention to detail.
• Repair minor drywall damage and perform basic surface preparation.
• Pressure wash homes, decks, walkways, and other exterior surfaces as needed.
• Coordinate with property managers and maintenance staff to meet project deadlines.
